An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Administrator to join a well-established company based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
About The Company
They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
Responsibilities
* Assist the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits.
* Deal with incoming calls and emails, providing quotations to clients.
* Raise purchase orders, order materials, and perform general admin and filing.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
* Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Organisation skills.
