We’re looking for a confident and professional Front of House Services Co-ordinator to join our team at the new Midland Met Hospital. This permanent, full-time role is a great opportunity to deliver an exceptional front-of-house service and ensure a welcoming experience for all students, parents, staff, and visitors. If you’re organised, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
* Uphold safeguarding standards by carrying out ID checks and maintaining accurate visitor records.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring efficient and helpful communication.
* Maintain an organised, safe, and welcoming reception area that reflects the values of the College.
* Coordinate room, meeting, and hospitality bookings to support College events and activities.
* Provide effective administrative support, including data entry, record management, and internal communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creating a warm and professional first impression.
* Is highly organised and confident in managing multiple tasks.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office and other information systems.
* Understands safeguarding and confidentiality within an educational environment.
* Holds Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 (Grade C/4 or above).
* Has experience in a reception, front-of-house, or other customer-facing role.
* Ideally has previous experience working in a school or college setting.
