Position: Business Support Coordinator
Location: Head Office, Lisburn
Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
Salary: £35,000.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse commercial proposals and complete profitability checks
2. Costing preparation and review
3. First point of contact for pricing queries
4. Analyse contractual agreements and quotes ensuring company policy on profitability is adhered to
5. Assist Manager with analysis on any price amendments or changes and inform those responsible of findings
6. Assist Manager with implementing and maintaining operational pricing including equipment pricing, and promotions and on 3rd party systems where applicable
7. Assist Manager with maintaining and issuing new price lists/matrices and sales tools
8. Assist in month end processes and calculation of customer rebates
9. Prepare and communicate analysis and findings across all levels of the organisation
10. Analyse main business KPI reports for anomalies and investigate
11. Work on Analysis and Reporting projects
12. Work with management team to ensure accurate relevant reports are developed to meet business requirements
13. Logging all Contracts and setting up new customers, including database maintenance
14. Proactive Customer Monitoring
15. Liaise with internal Sales teams
16. Handle large volume of internal emails
Details:
Contracts
* Correctly record all key details as required
* Ensure that the overall standard of documentation received from Field Sales adheres to the Company standards and policies
* Gain authorisation on all agreed contracts via the Commercial Department Customer Database
Pricing and Administration:
* Assist with implementation and monitoring of price increases
* Support Sales teams with analysis, quotes and pricing to ensure profitability for the company
Analysis:
* Analyse commercial requests and quotes ensuring Company Policy on profitability is adhered to. This includes enforcing the commercial authorisation process.
* Proactively analyse the business and present data to assist Managers to develop their business sector.
* Carry out analysis on any price amendments or changes and inform those responsible of findings
* Analyse business processes and look for ways to improve
* Support ad-hoc project work
Maintenance:
* Responsible for the logging of contracts, adding contract notes to customer records
* Ensure all Master Data is correct and as per the customers’ requirements
Person Specification:
Education / Qualifications / Training: Relevant degree or equivalent in maths or a relevant business subject.
Experience: Relevant experience gained in a commercial, fast-paced office environment.
Skills / Knowledge: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and good communication skills.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
