The University of Worcester is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Events Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our dynamic events programme.
As a Senior Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of recruitment and corporate events, including Open Days, Offer Holder Days, Interview Days, Campus Visits, Graduation, Professorial Lectures, Dinners and Launch Events. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing these events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully.
Highly organised, personable and driven, you will need to couple excellent planning skills with the ability to \"think on your feet\" as events unfold. You will work across teams within the Communications and External Affairs department to plan and support events, and will play a key role in supervising and training Student Ambassadors to help deliver events.
