We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and manage all aspects of a legal firm's financial operations. This senior leadership role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and professional standards

* Lead accounting operations, billing, payroll, and credit control processes

* Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making and long-term planning

* Manage financial risk, working capital, and liquidity

* Support board-level discussions with high-quality financial analysis and reporting

* Drive systems improvements and software upgrades to enhance efficiency

About You:
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)

2. Strong leadership background in finance, preferably in the legal or professional services sector
