My client is a household name in beauty, their unique business model is tech-powered, successfully disrupting the beauty market. They are looking for a brand-new Email and CRM Manager to join their fast-growing team. They operate an extremely flexible working model, allowing employees to come into their London office as often as they wish.
You will develop and drive the CRM and email strategy to support customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, improve conversion, build customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and support business KPIs. You will co-manage planning, development, and implementation of CRM campaigns. Collaboration with the Brand Marketing and Growth team is essential to ensure brand email communications align with other marketing channels.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing a CRM team, with strong data collection and analysis skills. Preferably, candidates should come from a B2C background with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
