How you’ll make a difference as a Senior Early Years Educator:
- Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework
- Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity, and development
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive
What a Senior Early Years Educator needs:
- At least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children

An enhanced DBS check is mandatory. All staff are required to undertake safeguarding training and complete regular other training to fulfil their responsibilities.
