Job Description
Bradley David Associates is looking for a customer service representative with excellent communication skills to join our valued client in the City of London.
You will be working for a company that looks after retirement, investment and protection needs of individuals and companies. They offer wealth, insurance and asset management solutions.
You will ensure that the customer is always put first, in line with the companies values.
You will be working as part of a team to enhance customer experiences.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CLAIMS / FINANCE / INSURANCE
Responsibilities
1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
2. Understand the companies full product range
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
10. Take the extra mile to engage customers
Pay and Shifts
11. £24'000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience
12. Bonus of 8-12%
13. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
14. Hybrid options available once trained and confident
