A long-established, Legal 500 recognised law firm based in its sole Norwich city centre office is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of a talented Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (1–2 years PQE).

The Opportunity
You will manage your own varied commercial property caseload, working closely with experienced Partners in a supportive but autonomous role.
Your work will include:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases (landlord and tenant)
* Development-related transactions
* General commercial property advisory work
You will work individually on your own matters while remaining an integral part of a highly experienced and approachable team. Partner supervision and mentoring are built into the structure, giving you both responsibility and guidance as you continue to develop.
The firm encourages involvement in marketing and business development, giving you the opportunity to build your profile within the Norwich business community.
About You
* Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
* Confident handling transactions with appropriate supervision
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team
* Keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department
