A Wellingborough based busy Manufacturing company is looking for a confident, Account Manager / Customer care advisor/ Customer Service to join their friendly Customer service team.
As a Customer Service/ Account Manager / Customer Care / Sales support advisor ,you will thrive in a busy environment and loves learning on the job.
If you're a customer service Advisor that is adaptable, quick to pick things up, IT literate and enjoy a role where every day brings a challenge and something new, this is the place for you.
As a Customer Account Manager for this Manufacturing company you will be:
A friendly, professional voice to trade customers dealing with their queries
Handling calls, queries and issues with confidence and clarity
Supporting customers with orders, quotes, returns, deliveries and after sales
Account Management- Building strong relationships and keeping customers updated
Logging non‑conformance and following up to resolutionThe ideal candidate will have Strong customer service office based experience (ideally 2 years from a Manufacturing /Production related environment), Confident, engaging telephone manner, Solid IT and data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail, Ability to stay organised when things get busy. A positive, outgoing personality, A Willingness to learn about products, systems and processes. Flexibility to adapt in a busy changing environment.
