Role Summary:
* Responsible for the contract management of staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.
* Manage the Engineering team daily, ensuring compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures.
* Complete weekly operations reports for the client and attend weekly operations meetings, client meetings as required.
* Develop financial plans for contracts focusing on revenue, profit, cost reduction, and growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach in all operational activities and foster strong relationships with key client contacts.
* Communicate effectively through advice, reviews, leadership, and participation in management meetings, briefings, forums, reports, and publications.
* Create a learning environment with appropriate training and development plans, ensuring staff are competent and reaching their potential.

Experience Required:
* Previous contract management experience and good knowledge of building services and legislation.
* Experience and a proven track record in Facilities Management; technical background desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
* Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent training is desirable.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads.
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within deadlines.
