About us:
Scottish Autism recognizes the specialized support our staff provide to autistic individuals. Our Autism Practitioners support over 60 autistic adults across Fife with personalized care in various settings, including 1:1 and 2:1 support ratios.

Dedicated, confident professionals with experience in support roles. Passionate, enthusiastic practitioners eager to positively impact lives.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop personalized support plans focusing on individual goals and aspirations.
* Build positive relationships with supported individuals.
* Support participation in preferred activities.
* Encourage independence and community involvement.
* Maintain the supported individual's home and assist with personal care as needed.
This role involves shift work, including weekends and evenings, requiring flexibility. Physical activity is involved.
