Marketing Manager, Consumer Products - EMEA (FTC)

Overview
This role requires working closely with our global and regional cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated business results. The role operates in environments that are time‑sensitive, encourage new ideas, look for a growth mindset, and focus on accountability, independence, and resourcefulness. The environment is often ambiguous and requires balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel growth, leveraging insights from internal and external partners to deepen understanding of consumers and creators.
* Translate these opportunities into full‑funnel, impactful marketing campaigns—on and off platform—by leading the creation, development, and execution of high‑quality creative and go‑to‑market plans.
* Partner with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to ensure regional strategies and local‑market briefs align with global strategy, while adapting for local social, cultural, and product nuances.
* Collaborate with Creator and Business teams across EMEA to drive alignment and activate unified go‑to‑market strategies and execution across business, creator, and consumer audiences.
* Coordinate measurement plans and learning agendas to assess business impact, generate proof points, and identify opportunities for scaling within EMEA and globally.
* Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and executing opportunities for testing and experimentation across the EMEA and International Marketing teams.
* Effectively communicate and foster partnerships across all organizational levels to advocate for and drive marketing strategies and plans.
* Bridge global strategies with regional/local relevance managing both external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver effective, innovative, and locally relevant marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years of brand marketing experience with demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex, integrated, and innovative marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Extensive international experience working on global and EMEA regional brands, including leading multi‑country initiatives across diverse cultural and business landscapes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate insights, data, and market/technological trends into customer value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.
* Proven experience partnering with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization to build influential and collaborative relationships.
* Expertise in data‑driven, measurement‑focused environments, including identifying KPIs and developing robust measurement plans to prove outcomes.
* Strategic, analytical, and creative marketer with the ability to contextualize market and technological trends to inform strategy, creative development, and go‑to‑market execution.
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in Creator marketing, including cross‑audience activations spanning Consumers and Businesses, as well as product marketing, growth marketing, and/or innovation.
* Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (especially EMEA region) are a plus.
