The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach AS and A Level Biology, as well as on the WJEC Level 3 Medical Science Qualification
1. Hourly paid, up to 37 hours per week
2. Fixed term until 31st December
3. £17.53 - £34.51 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:
5. Working as part of a team to develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
6. Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year.
7. Ensure excellence in teaching and learning is a key priority for the College.
8. Make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this subject area.
About you:
9. Possess a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards one.
10. Able to demonstrate successful experience of teaching A Level Biology in a post-16 setting.
11. A very confident communicator and committed individual who can manage and inspire learners of all abilities.
12. Excellent organisational skills and a team player
