A reputable further education college is looking for an experienced and passionate Electrical Installation Lecturer and Study Programme Manager to join their Construction department. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on curriculum delivery, work closely with employers, and support the development of the future electrical workforce.
What They Are Looking For:

A minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in electrical installations
*
A relevant Level 3 trade qualification (e.g. C&G, NVQ, or equivalent)
*
Teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one
*
Ideally, qualifications in 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing, and Assessing/IQA
*
Excellent communication, planning, and classroom delivery skills
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage high-quality full-time and part-time Electrical Installation courses (Level 1–3)
*
Lead a Study Programme aligned with local and national skills priorities
*
Collaborate with employers to ensure industry-relevant learning
*
Monitor learner progress, manage targets, and support English/maths integration
*
Coordinate and contribute to curriculum development, internal verification, and quality assurance
*
Promote learner engagement through enrichment activities and progression planning
