Overview
MONCLER is looking for a Full-time Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Moncler Bicester Village. The Senior Client Advisor acts as Brand Ambassador, growing store sales by delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations. They contribute to training and development of colleagues and work with the Store Manager to enhance client experience and store performance.
Responsibilities and tasks
* Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long-lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after-sales and clienteling activities, and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
* Embodies the attitudes of the Moncler Customer Experience: warmth, empathy, curiosity, agility and business acumen;
* Achieves individual objectives and contributes to the achievement of the team objectives;
* Advises clients on the Brand and all product categories, developing in-depth knowledge of Moncler, products and collections;
* Demonstrates commercial acumen and advanced skills in Clienteling, using tools to retain customers, recruit new ones and develop long-term relationships;
* Carries out day-to-day store tasks: floor management, customer reception, opening/closing of the store;
* Assists in stock and store management, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and cash desk;
* Supports the management team in developing the team through on-the-spot coaching and training;
* Actively contributes to the training and development of new team members.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales roles in luxury fashion;
* Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus;
* Previous experience in client-facing roles;
* Passion for retail, client service and luxury fashion;
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
* Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus;
* Fluency and sophistication in English and another language is a plus;
* Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
