About the job you’re considering

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Director to join Capgemini’s Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) business, supporting a large, complex client environment.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role operating within a SIAM (Service Integration & Management) ecosystem, where you will act as the primary interface between client business units and a multi-supplier delivery landscape.
The role combines elements of Client Partner, Account Executive, and Service Engagement leadership, with a strong focus on executive stakeholder management, service representation, and commercial growth, rather than hands-on operational delivery



Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Your role



As the senior face of service delivery to a key client business unit, you will:Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with senior business stakeholders, including C-suite engagementRepresent the full service ecosystem across multiple suppliers, ensuring alignment to business prioritiesAct as the voice of the business into the SIAM function, translating demand into effective service outcomesProvide oversight of service performance, including communication of major incidents and business impact (non-operational role)Identify and shape commercial opportunities and service improvements across the accountNavigate and influence a complex, multi-vendor environment, ensuring effective collaboration across suppliersDrive continuous improvement and innovation, enhancing overall service quality and customer experienceEnsure effective service reporting, financial oversight, and governance alignment.



Context



Operating within a large-scale, multi-supplier IT services environment
Part of a structured delivery organisation including senior BRM leadership and business unit-aligned roles
Close alignment with account and delivery leadership, with high visibility across senior stakeholders
Focused on business engagement and value realisation, rather than operational service management


Your skills and experience

We are looking for individuals who can operate credibly at executive level within complex IT and business environments.



Essential Experience



* Proven experience within a System Integrator (SI) or Managed Services environment
* Strong track record of executive / C-suite stakeholder engagement
* Experience operating within complex, multi-supplier / SIAM environments
* Ability to represent large-scale service delivery in a strategic, business-facing capacity
* Strong commercial awareness with experience identifying growth and transformation opportunities



Desirable



* Experience working within highly regulated or secure environments (e.g. Defence, Government, Critical National Infrastructure)
* Background from tier-one consultancies / SIs
* Exposure to large-scale enterprise IT services and transformation programmes

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance .


To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. You must be a sole UK national.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
