The Mission: You will be the lightning rod for the company. You own the P&L and report to the board. You will drive growth through the sales team while shaping performance, communication and culture and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Brand & Digital Transformation: You will lead a total digital transformation following a Private Equity buyout, working with our digital team to drive and launch new digital solutions that modernise our brand and e‑commerce capability. 2. Team Leadership & Operations: You will be a hands‑on leader for the Burton‑On‑Trent‑based team of 12 across sales, finance and warehouse, driving performance, communication and a culture of Extreme Ownership. 3.
