We are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Dartford working in partnership with our customer Ikea at their distribution centre. You will be working on the shift pattern of 4on- 4off with the hours of 7:00 till 19:00. Permanent employment contract with an ever evolving and growing market leader Extensive wellbeing programmes and initiatives accessible to all employees Pension scheme What you will do on a typical day: Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration Manage customer service both internally and externally Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in a similar role is highly desirable Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills Understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directives Good MS Office knowledge Strong communication skills, with ability to work on own initiative as well as team engagement/delivery.
