We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and organised Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join a leading housebuilder in Birchwood Park, Warrington. This role supports the Customer Service Department, liaising with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues across newly built homes in the North West of England and North Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with homeowners to manage planned and reactive maintenance issues
* Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Maintain accurate records and update customer service systems
* Provide a high standard of customer service and maintain professionalism under pressure
* Support the Customer Service Manager with departmental administration and reporting
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or property management role, preferably within housebuilding or residential property
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Professional and approachable attitude
