What to Expect
Our three-year rotational graduate programme puts you at the heart of a global business, with hands-on experience and tailored learning for curious, driven minds. During this programme you will complete 3 rotations and gain grounding in Procurement. From the beginning you’ll work on projects that develop and improve your skill set, contribute to the business, and build a global network of relationships for your future career.
* Year 1: Hands-on experience of procurement processes and systems, cost-saving initiatives, and real supplier negotiations. Focus on key categories such as Logistics and Packaging.
* Year 2: Build knowledge on Supplier Identification and Management, negotiation, and Contract management & compliance monitoring. Rotation areas may include Marketing or Indirect Procurement.
* Year 3: Master Strategic Sourcing with sourcing strategies, market research, risk management in contracts, and cost management through analytics and benchmarking. Rotation includes exposure to Manufacturing Services and Primary Packaging within the Global Supply Procurement team.

On the qualification side, you’ll need an academic degree or expect to obtain one. We welcome graduates with Business Related Degrees and Supply Chain Management and Procurement, graduating in 2026 or within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English is required, and with opportunities across Europe, you must be mobile and willing to relocate during the programme.
