Follow codes of conduct, standards, and regulations, promoting ethical practice at all times.
Contribute to patient assessments, create individual care plans, and monitor progress.
At a senior level, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support the nursing team. Skills & Qualifications Required:
Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) qualification and valid registration.
Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to working patterns.
Commitment to patient-centred care with a focus on evidence-based practice.
