Mary Rose Academy consists of three separate sites. The role requires working across two sites: The Lantern, Penhale Road, Fratton, PO1 5EF, and The Compass, Gisors Road, PO4 8GT.
The Administrative Officer supports the Senior Leadership and Administrative Team. You will be part of a small, friendly, and cohesive team providing excellent administrative support. The role requires a motivated, enthusiastic, and vibrant individual who enjoys a busy environment.
Candidates should demonstrate high competency in ICT, possess excellent telephone manners, and have strong organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Term Contract (September 2025 – Easter 2026, Maternity Cover)
35 hours per week,
Term time only (40 weeks), plus one week
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 4pm, Friday 8.15am - 2.45pm.
This role is band 5, with an annual FTE salary of £25,652 - £27,363. Term time only salary ranges from £21,605 - £23,046.
