Reporting to the CMO and aligned to the broader AUK Marketing and Proposition department, Mylo is a digital engagement business who will own targets to maximise the value of our existing customer base. If we get this right, we will earn the right to evolve this business into a direct-to-customer channel for Aegon. Our business is split across different locations in the UK, so travel may be required. As Marketing Consultant at Mylo, you play a key role in driving how we connect with customers, tell our story, and grow our brand. This is a full-spectrum marketing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment - flexing across strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be embedded across Mylo’s go-to-market activity. You’ll shape and deliver campaigns, create compelling content and communications, drive performance across digital channels, and optimise our messaging and journeys using data. You’ll also support cross-functional work with product and customer success - ensuring every touchpoint aligns to our voice and delivers value. This is a role for someone excited to get stuck in, deliver work that matters and help build a modern marketing function that is data-led, creative, and impactful. Key Responsibilities include: Campaign Development - develop and deliver marketing campaigns (digital and physical), from creative brief through execution and reporting. Copywriting & Content Creation - write content across all Mylo channels and assets - marketing emails, social, product copy, web content and more. Digital & SEO Optimisation - improve Mylo’s web visibility and user journey performance using SEO, CRO and analytics. Social Media Management - run our social media channels with strong content planning, publishing and engagement. Cross-Team Marketing Support - collaborate with product and customer success to align copy and tone of voice across journeys. Tooling & Analytics - execute campaigns and track performance through email, social and digital tooling platforms. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced or digital-first business. Proven ability to manage campaigns from idea to delivery, across both paid and organic channels. Excellent copywriting skills with ability to shift tone and style across formats. Experience managing social media channels for a brand, with understanding of content strategy and engagement. Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimise web and content performance. Hands-on experience with marketing and content tools (e.g. email platforms, CMS, Canva, analytics). Comfortable working across data and creative - equally excited by numbers and narrative. Highly organised and proactive - able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once. Collaborative mindset with an interest in how product, service and brand intersect.
