This an exciting opportunity to join an Internationally recognised Manufacturer in the Nutritional Supplement Industry. Salary: Negotiable (Basic + Shift Allowance) Hours of work: Full Time: 2 shift pattern 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating. The occasional night shift may be required so flexibility is desirable. Role Summary: As a Zone Leader role within the company, the Zone Leader is responsible for ensuring that the departmental team have the skills/ 'tools for the job' by driving area / line operations within a specific area. From coaching of staff to developing best practise and ensuring Quality Right first time approach.
