Future Workforce (Gen Z) Life & Career Coach
I work at the intersection of emerging talent potential, organizational change, and next-generation leadership — helping Gen Z leaders (18–30) thrive in their careers, guiding companies to harness their unique skills and perspectives.
I am starting “The Next Revolution”, a coaching, training and advisory practice. I have curated a 10‑week programme that blends group coaching, 1:1 mentoring, and practical tools to support young employees by helping them find their purpose and navigate the complexities of the modern workplace. Clients receive valuable feedback which they can put into practice through cultural and communication changes, ensuring their mission is attractive and supporting long‑term development, retention, and cultural/leadership readiness.
The programme is screen‑free, reflective, and delivered in a way that resonates with how younger talent wants to grow and connect. It helps participants build purpose, confidence, and optimism—while developing the essential mindsets and skills needed in modern workplaces. It addresses a critical challenge: many Gen Z employees enter the workforce with creativity and tech fluency, but often lack the emotional preparedness, workplace confidence, and communication skills to succeed and lead.
