Staff Nurse - Pre-assessment (Bank)

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities
* Be part of a close‑knit team delivering matron‑led care in a consultant‑led service.
* As the first point of contact, work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to surgery.
* Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care.
* Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
* Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
* Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities.
* Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
Qualifications
Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC). Post‑registration experience is valuable. A team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
