Overview
Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) is looking to recruit a dedicated and committed B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our supportive team. We are a highly regarded, well-led multidisciplinary service providing care, treatment and support to adults with significant mental health needs within the Borough of Warrington.
Responsibilities
* Provide NICE guidance interventions as part of the MDT to support services users with significant mental health needs.
* Work closely with carers and families and liaise with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
* Work as part of an MDT to provide care, treatment and support for services users with complex mental health needs.
* Undertake clinic duties as required and contribute to the office duty on a rota basis.
* Liaise with other services and contribute to continuous service improvement with a strong value base centred on caring and commitment.
* Engage in ongoing clinical and management supervision and pursue CPD opportunities as part of the role.
Details
Office base is Wakefield House and office hours are currently Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
