Parts Administrator
A growing business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their operations team. This varied role involves managing returns, coordinating stock and handling day-to-day administrative support within the warehouse. You will be part of a small, supportive team and receive full training on internal systems.
* Up to £32,000
* Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm
* Based in Epsom
Job Description:
* Process customer returns and issue credits accordingly
* Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
* Receive and organise stock (some manual handling involved – up to 15kg)
* Place orders with suppliers via online systems
* Log and track stock movements and returns accurately
* Inspect returned goods (including fault checks)
* Process and manage warranty claims
* Use bespoke software for inventory and order tracking (training provided)
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is beneficial
* Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
* Computer literate with good data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to identify and handle automotive parts
* Physical capability to handle products up to 15kg
