The Role
The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their team in Camberley. This is a rare chance to step into a high-quality caseload-largely made up of high-net-worth matters-due to an impending retirement within the department.
You'll have the chance to work closely with supportive senior lawyers while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload. Over time, there's clear scope to help shape the department and take on more of a leadership role if desired.
Matters will include:
1. Private children work
2. Financial remedy proceedings
3. Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
4. Cohabitation agreements and disputes
5. Divorce, separation, and civil partnerships
Requirements:
6. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Family Law
7. Confident in running a caseload with minimal supervision
8. Commercially aware and client-focused
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
10. A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for developing your career
