We will look to you to engage with customers to educate and encourage compliance. You will be conducting visits to number plate suppliers to educate and encourage compliance amongst suppliers and also actively engaging with stakeholders such as Enforcement Agencies like the Police to raise awareness of number plate compliance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role which is varied, where no two days are the same. This can be a challenging yet rewarding role, ensuring road safety and that regulations are followed. You will have the chance to network and build relationships with various stakeholders such as the Police, Local Authorities and Trading Standards.
Top Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers via correspondence, on the phone and in person
* Educating customers to ensure future compliance
* Visiting registered number plate suppliers to ensure that they comply with the regulations regarding the supply of number plates
* Working with other enforcement agencies such as the Police and Trading Standards when requested to assist operations that expose illegal practices amongst number plates

About you
We are looking for someone who loves to work autonomously, will be comfortable to lone work and can use their own initiative. You can work in an organised and methodical manner and can effectively manage your own time to meet your day-to-day responsibilities.
You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with suppliers and enforcement agencies alike and build positive working relationships. You will be engaging and assertive, have the ability to express yourself in a clear and constructive manner, delivering the right messages and conducting challenging conversations when necessary.
You are a confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence and are comfortable with being on the road for long periods of time.
