Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and requires a candidate with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with various office software.
A full driving license is also required for various travel that will be required - company vehicle and pool car will also be organised for the successful applicant however use of own car is essential from day one.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry tasks as required.
* Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Organise meetings, including logistics such as venue arrangements and catering if necessary.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring financial records are up to date.
* Conduct clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,708.98 per year
