Job Details:
We are currently looking for a Zero-Hours Cleaner to work across the North Bristol area. This means there are no guaranteed hours, but we'll offer you regular shifts based on client needs, ideal if you want flexible work to fit around other commitments.
What You'll Do
You'll carry out a range of cleaning duties in North Bristol homes, offices, and Airbnb/FMO properties, including:
* General Cleaning - vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces and furniture.
* Kitchen Cleaning - cleaning countertops, cupboards and sinks, cleaning inside and outside of appliances such as microwaves, ovens, and fridges.
* Bathroom Cleaning - scrubbing sinks, toilets, showers and baths, polishing mirrors and tiles to make them sparkle.
* Airbnb and FMO (Fully managed Operations) Cleans - changing and making beds to hotels standards, restocking toiletries, replacing linen and towels, checking for damages, and ensuring the property is guest-ready for check in.
* Deep Cleaning - cleaning skirting boards, removing cobwebs, descaling taps, and other detailed cleaning tasks.
* Waste disposal - emptying bins and handling recycling properly.
* Final checks - make sure each space looks perfect before guests, tenants or staff arrive.

What We're Looking For
* Friendly, reliable, and detail oriented
* Ideally at least six month's cleaning experience (flexible for the right person)
* Confident working alone or as part of a small team
* Able to travel to cleaning locations in North Bristol
* Strong work ethic and great customer service skills
* (Bonus) Experience in Airbnb or FMO cleaning is an advantage
