The Sales Support Manager reports to the Sales Director and is an integral part of the Regional Sales Team, supporting and coordinating activity across the sales process. Acting as a liaison between different functions, including being the regional contact for the workshop and National Sales Administration team, ensuring the smooth running of the internal sales process as well as end customer delivery.

Building, collating, and managing sales reports, both internal and external.
2. Supporting the sales team to ensure order packs are completed correctly by the salesperson, ready for submission to the National Sales Administration team.
3. Serving as the CRM (K1SS) Key User, including managing master data, training new starters, and assisting with general support requests from the sales team.
4. Assisting the Regional Sales Director with managing and checking the respective sales team incentive schemes.
5. Managing and supporting lead generation activities, such as sales campaigns, marketing material, and blitz days.
6. Supporting the sales team with customer presentations and tender pack submissions.
7. Supporting the Regional Renewal meeting by capturing actions and next steps.
8. Assisting in weekly sales forecast preparation and submission.
9. Monitoring static stock levels to ensure all orders have trucks correctly allocated.
10. Supporting the Regional Sales Directors with checking customer P&Ls, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the system, and liaising with Head Office.
11. Handling ad hoc sales-related information requests, including budget and forecast preparation.
