I have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a Registered Manager to join an established Children's Residential Service providers to manage a home in the Cardiff area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy residential service, for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties. The home is well situated in Cardiff with access to lots of amenities and activities for the young people, and is easily accessible from all of South Wales.
* Salary: up to £48,000 basic with a bonus of upto £52,800
* Location: Cardiff
* Hours: Full time

The role of Children's Home Manager offers the opportunity for a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in an ambitious organisation, with the children and quality at the heart of their values and a dedicated leadership team with the vision to inspire and support young people to lead happy and successful lives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.

Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
* Lead and manage a team of Support Workers and Deputies
* Ensure compliance with CIW and SCW requirements
* Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding
* Work collaboratively with the in-house therapeutic team
Requirements:
* QCF Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
* 2 years of management experience in children's residential care
* Knowledge of Welsh regulatory frameworks
* Driving licence (required)
