Location:Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary:£12.25 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours:Full-Time, average of 40 hours per week (Alternate Weekends)
Shifts:8am–8pm
Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday (44 hours)
Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (33 hours)

Your Role as a Care Assistant:
Being a Care Assistant means being a companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort. You’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
Providingcompanionshipand emotional support
Assisting withpersonal careand hygiene
Supporting mobility around the home
Helping withhouseworksuch as cleaning and tidying
