We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to create, deliver and evolve a training portfolio aimed at developing key skills across our global organisation. This is an exciting role for someone to make a real difference to how we develop skills at Entain and embed learning culture across the organisation. It involves fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. Training Design and Programme Management Champion and drive a global approach to Learning and Development (L&D) ensuring the design, delivery, and deployment of a comprehensive suite of management training programs and key skill building initiatives that improve business performance and build individual capability. Drive the visibility and high adoption of L&D initiatives and platforms to their full potential. Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the range of L&D initiatives further and continue to develop a learning culture at scale. Analyse training needs and design innovative, engaging learning solutions aligned with business objectives. Develop comprehensive training curricula, materials, and facilitation guides for management development programs. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on management topics. Ensure consistent, high-quality global delivery of training programs across regions. Ensure on the job learning is supported through blended learning journeys incorporating emerging AI tools where appropriate. Global Training Delivery Coordinate global rollout and implementation of training initiatives across geographies. Collaborate with L&D colleagues globally to contextualize programs and enable localized delivery. Provide training for trainers and build internal facilitation capabilities globally. Develop and maintain relationships with global training vendors/suppliers as needed.
