Environment & Safety Administrator
Are you interested in providing administrative support for site-based teams across the UK? This role offers an opportunity to excel as an Environment & Safety Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our business.
As our company grows, we need a dedicated and proactive administrator to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring office tasks are carried out efficiently and tasks are completed in an efficient manner. You will embody our core behaviours of integrity, curiosity, warmth and ambition.
The tasks you will undertake include:
* Assist technical staff with formatting, completion and issuing of reports to meet deadlines.
* Monitor and update spreadsheets used to track job progress.
* Liaise with staff across different departments and respond to email enquiries.
Qualifications
* Strong background in administration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Organisation, time management and attention to detail.
