Objective
We are seeking a senior D2C performance expert (Meta & Google) who can:
Audit our current accounts and setup
Challenge our seasonal strategy
Help us build a structured traffic & budget framework
Review tracking and attribution
Support us in building a stable, scalable performance structure
Execution stays in-house.
This is a strategic advisory role.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Deep Audit
Meta & Google Ads account audit
Tracking & attribution review
Funnel structure analysis
KPI review (CR, AOV, CAC, LTV)
Seasonality and demand analysis
Competitive positioning review
Phase 2 – Strategy & Structure
2026 seasonal performance roadmap
Budget framework (when to scale, when to reduce)
Clear 3–5 core campaign structure
Trigger system (Google Trends, weather signals, demand indicators)
Reporting structure recommendations
Phase 3 – Ongoing Sparring (Optional)
1–2 monthly calls
Performance review & strategic challenge
Setup validation before scaling decisions
Ideal Profile
5+ years D2C performance marketing experience
Proven fashion / lifestyle case studies
Advanced Meta & Google Ads expertise
Experience with seasonal product categories
Strategic thinker (not just campaign executor)
Experience in EU markets (CH/DACH a plus)
