The Role
As a Town Planner, You Will
* Manage planning applications and appeals for a variety of projects.
* Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
* Provide expert advice on planning policy and development opportunities.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the consultancy.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a planning-related role.
* A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
* Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or a clear pathway to achieving chartership.
* A thorough understanding of UK planning policy and legislation.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach.
