As the Sous Chef, you will * be part of a team - leading from the front and working alongside the Head Chef * helping to create and produce stunning dishes across all areas including the restaurant, bar and functions/events * managing and inspiring your team as well as developing and supporting * working with local suppliers to showcase ingredients and produce from the area * taking responsibility for the kitchen and service in the absence of the Head Chef * ensuring all due diligence, H&S and food safety for the kitchen operation Working hours are 5/7, 37.5 hours per week.
