About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the development and implementation of H&T Group’s procurement and vendor management framework. This is a pivotal role ensuring that goods and services align with commercial, strategic, and customer needs while meeting quality standards, delivering value, and complying with regulatory and ESG requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement procurement and vendor management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
* Design and execute procurement strategies, leading end-to-end sourcing and negotiations.
* Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and risk mitigation.
* Deliver exceptional stakeholder service while managing procurement processes within risk appetite.
* Identify and drive cost efficiency and avoidance opportunities.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement lifecycle.
* Ensure governance and compliance with regulations and ESG requirements, supporting sustainable procurement.
* Oversee procurement risk management, including monitoring and reporting.
Essential Requirements
* Strong understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and supplier risk management.
* Proven experience developing and executing procurement strategies in a large organisation.
* Minimum 8+ years’ experience in procurement, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Fluent in English.
