Enjoy work-life balance with weekday shifts between 8am and 8pm, with overtime on offer. The role of a Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful. Due to a successful year, we are expanding our team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work at customers’ workplaces or homes.
As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, perform service inspections, breakdown repairs, and keep things running smoothly. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will help you excel. If you’re passionate about fixing things and enjoy being a hero on the road, this could be an exciting career for you!

Our Commitments
Basic Salary : £40,750.08, with overtime and performance bonuses available.
You will start and finish your day on your driveway (paid from the moment you get in your van to when you get home). We provide a van, full uniform, boots, and top-tier equipment. What will I be doing?
You'll Be
* A communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly, making them feel safe and cared for.
* A self-starter: Thrive working independently or in a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions. No two days are the same, with appointment-based work and breakdowns.
* A fixer/problem solver: Use your technical skills to solve vehicle issues, whether roadside repairs or scheduled appointments, enabling customers to continue their day.
* Be the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation—ready for anything, anytime, anywhere, in any weather. Your role is to get their day moving again and build customer confidence.
What do I need?
You’ll Need
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience and qualifications.
* A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
