You'll join us as a Practice Manager in our busy practice on Sea Road, East Preston.
A full-time, permanent position - part-time hours may also be considered, but must be over 5 days (Monday-Friday)

* The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments across 3 busy surgeries, including Dentures and Teeth Whitening, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
* We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth
* An ideal position for someone looking to grow their dental experience

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
