Now, we're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing field team. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be at the front line of our technical delivery—installing Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Access Control, both conventional and IP-based, across our expanding nationwide customer base. Working closely with our Project Managers and Engineers, you'll deliver work of the highest technical and professional standard, while mentoring junior team members and acting as a key ambassador for ASEL. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality installations of Intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems in line with project specifications. Liaise with customers, project managers and the wider ASEL team to ensure exceptional service and project outcomes. Provide on-site mentoring and leadership for Trainee Engineers. Handle technical queries and communicate any site deviations or challenges effectively. Complete all relevant documentation promptly after installation. Support the implementation of ASEL’s industry-leading information security policies and practices. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in security system installation (Intruder, CCTV, Access Control). Working knowledge of IP-based systems and Galaxy Panels/Max Readers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PC literate with good reporting and documentation practices. Strong team player and mentor, with the ability to lead and develop junior engineers. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding our standards of excellence Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Electronic Security Systems or equivalent.
