Behaviour Mentor - SEMH School - Hounslow - Immediate Start - Long Term Role - £110 - £115 per day
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to students in a SEMH setting (including those with ASD).
* Support behaviour management and assist with learning for assigned students inside and outside of classrooms.
* Assist with implementing strategies to support students with challenging behaviour and SEMH/ADHD needs.
* Contribute to a calm, safe and nurturing learning environment; have a willingness to engage in physical intervention training (highly desirable).

This SEMH School in Hounslow caters for around 100 students with Challenging Behaviour, SEMH, and ADHD. The school was graded "Outstanding" in all areas in its last Ofsted inspection and is described as highly supportive of its staff and students.
Requirements
* Experience or interest in supporting students with SEMH, ADHD, and ASD.
* Ability to provide 1:1 support to students as part of an intervention role.
* Flexibility to work across lessons and potentially outside of standard classroom settings.
* Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
