Location: Ireland (County Offaly – Hybrid)
Salary €58,000 - €70,000 (£51k - £61k) + discretionary annual bonus + Bens

About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead the development of next-gen automotive and telematics products across hardware, firmware, and cloud platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage product backlogs for multiple product lines
Translate customer needs into clear, testable user stories
Prioritise features based on business value and technical feasibility
Align engineering output with strategic product goals
Contribute to roadmap planning and Agile delivery
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams
Support definition of new hardware modules and software functions
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN 18031 standards
Analyse product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement Skills & Experience
Experience working as a Product Engineer, Product Manager or Product Owner with a hardware product development environment, interacting with hardware, firmware and cloud teams, etc
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IoT, Product Design, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with vehicle electronics, CAN/LIN interfaces, or data systems is a plus
Understanding of compliance and cybersecurity frameworks preferred How to Apply
