About the Role
We're seeking an
Employment Investigator
to lead high-risk and sensitive workplace investigations across EMEA. You'll manage end-to-end cases—from intake and interviews to evidence analysis and reporting—while advising leaders and HR partners on fair outcomes. This is a fast-paced role where you'll influence strategy, support compliance, and help shape proactive employee relations practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex investigations on issues such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
Conduct fair and thorough interviews, evidence reviews, and debriefs.
Advise leaders and HR partners on actions balancing legal compliance and business needs.
Identify systemic issues and partner on proactive solutions and training.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business teams to mitigate risks and support organisational goals.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in Employee Relations and investigations.
Strong knowledge of employment law and investigation best practices.
Skilled in discretion, judgement, conflict resolution, and influencing stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyse complex data and drive root-cause solutions.
Global experience and advanced qualifications (MBA/MA) preferred.
