We are looking for a Business Development Manager and an Account Manager to grow their customer base and increase visibility in target markets. You will work alongside a high-performing commercial team to generate qualified opportunities, and drive strategic campaign initiatives.
Role 1 - Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively target and engage new customers across the Industrial, Semicon, Energy, Defence and Space industries, focusing on large corporates and Tier 1 suppliers.
Own the early-stage relationship and manage the conversion of leads into qualified commercial discussions before handling over to Account Managers.
Drive growth by positioning the unique value of full value chain and net-zero manufacturing ambitions, moving beyond simple price discussions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach to delivering complex manufacturing outcomes.
Experience
3+ years in technical sales, engineering, or additive manufacturing.
Experience engaging with large corporates, Tier 1 suppliers, or Design Authorities is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills – demonstrating an ability to quickly build trust with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
Role 2 – Account Manager
This is a dynamic commercial role focused on leveraging business intelligence to drive sustainable revenue growth within existing key accounts. You will act as the crucial link between our customers and our in-house engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, including 1-3 large strategic customers and 10-15 high-potential accounts.
Grow existing key across Defence, Aerospace, Industrial, and Energy sectors by identifying new opportunities and driving deeper penetration through stakeholder engagement.
Engage with both commercial and technical stakeholders with the support of the wider company to fully understand requirements and convert technical opportunities into robust sales.
Drive growth by positioning the unique value of full value chain and net-zero manufacturing ambitions, moving beyond simple price discussions.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle, including quoting using established models and templates.
Support lead generation initiatives and contribute actively to understanding the wider market to shape the commercial strategy.
Experience
3+ years in technical sales, preferably with knowledge of metal additive manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal skills – demonstrating an ability to quickly build trust with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
