About You:
We at Thistley Hough Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast-paced office team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of reception; providing a welcoming and professional experience for staff, pupils and visitors. You will also play a vital role in managing data, supporting administrative processes, and contributing to a positive and collaborative school environment.
Our ideal candidate would have:
* Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Experience in an administrative or reception based role, ideally in a school setting.
* Skilled in IT systems, including Arbor, reprographics, and communication tools.
* Strong interpersonal, organisation, and literacy/numeracy abilities.
* Professional, customer-focused, and committed to service improvement.
